Sugar Ice Cream

Sugar for ice cream can be an excellent ally for sweetening ice cream. There are different natural sugars and with different properties between them. For example, we have dextrose which helps to reduce the freezing point and with a low sweetening power; then we have the inverted sugar syrup which is great for sweetening; glucose in both powder and syrup, fructose and sugar granules.
