Indications for use:

mix 120 g of sugar in lukewarm 500 ml of milk. As soon as the sugar is completely dissolved, add 50 GR of ice cream base and shake well with a whisk. After mixing, let it rest for 10 minutes and then stir in an ice cream maker.
